laptoplcdstore.com offers a 90-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for Laptop display. After 90 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.

Should the customer experience a DOA or manufacturer defect within the warranty period, the customer must contact laptoplcdstore.com. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained and is required for ALL returns. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns. Laptop display in question must be returned within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.

We reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit. All returns must be the exact Laptop display purchased and must include all original manufacturer and serial number labeling or bar code intact. laptoplcdstore.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

Items are typically shipped the same day, if purchased before 7:00 pm EST. Laptop screens purchased on weekends, holidays or any time after the times above, will be shipped the following business day.

A dead pixel is a defective sub-pixel within the LCD screen. Often times they show up as red, white, green or blue dots on the screen that don't change color. Industry standards allow two (2) dead pixels on a display. If three (3) or more appear on the screen while under the warranty period, laptoplcdstore.com will replace the screen.

Laptop makers may use many different screens when manufacturing Laptops. One Laptop may have a Chi Mei screen in it and another Laptop of the same model may have a Chunghwa screen in it. There is no difference between the two screens other than who manufactured it. The screens are compatible and will function the exact same.
